In Figs.  78 of the published article the velocity profiles, induced by a negative unit pressure gradient respectively in the x, y, and z directions, are drawn for the convex (Fig. 7) and concave (Fig. 8) plate designs. In the published figures the velocity magnitude scale was erroneously omitted. Thus, readers have some difficulty understanding the influence of the plate curvature on the permeability tensor of each layer of the multiplayer plate. Therefore, Figs.  78 are redrawn in this erratum with their correct velocity scale.
