Based on the survey of Taobao's Buyers and sellers, the data of user satisfaction with Taobao's credit evaluation mechanism has been analyzed. The main deficiencies of the current credit evaluation mechanism are pointed out. Countermeasures for optimization include the following: the prevention of “brush credit”, strengthening the credit supervision and the enforcement of rewards and penalties, providing authoritative level credit data query services, and improving the credit evaluation mechanism.
