A new method is developed in missile weapon system design. Based on the concept design, the dynamic design and analysis were carried out through the CAD and CAE tools. The flexibility of structure, which would influence the missile movement, was considered in the multi-body dynamic model by use of virtual experiment. The angular rates of missile, beam deflection, min-distance between rail and missile, and contact force were discussed in the dynamic design analysis.
